Construction Manager - Earthworks, Concrete, Pipework

Job Description

Responsibilities

• - Manage and coordinate earthworks, concrete, and pipework construction activities
• - Supervise and lead construction teams and subcontractors
• - Ensure project delivery within time, budget, and quality parameters
• - Implement and maintain health and safety standards on site
• - Coordinate material deliveries and equipment utilization
• - Prepare and review construction methodologies and work plans
• - Conduct quality control inspections and address non-conformances
• - Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities

Requirements

• - National Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• - 8+ years experience in civil construction with focus on earthworks, concrete, and pipework
• - Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale construction projects
• - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• - Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications
• - Experience with contract administration and cost control
• - Excellent leadership and team management skills
• - Valid driver's license
