Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, the new features will be available immediately, and we'll prorate the difference in price. When downgrading, the changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is there a contract or commitment?
No long-term contracts are required. Our plans are available on a month-to-month basis, or you can choose annual billing for a 20% discount. You can cancel at any time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. For Enterprise plans, we can also arrange invoicing and bank transfers.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes, we offer a 14-day free trial of our Pro plan for new customers. No credit card is required to start your trial. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time during your trial period.
What happens to my job postings if I cancel?
If you cancel your subscription, your active job postings will remain visible until the end of your current billing period. After that, they will be archived but can be reactivated if you resubscribe.
