Job Description
Watershed Consulting is seeking a Construction Sales Representative to promote and sell construction products and services to clients in Gauteng.
Responsibilities
- - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector
- - Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and industry professionals
- - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations
- - Prepare and submit quotations and proposals
- - Negotiate contracts and close sales
- - Provide technical advice and support to clients
- - Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- - Achieve sales targets and objectives
Requirements
- - Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Construction, or related field
- - 3+ years experience in construction sales or related industry
- - Strong knowledge of construction products, materials, and techniques
- - Understanding of construction processes and industry requirements
- - Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- - Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- - Valid driver's license
- - Willingness to travel within Gauteng region
